The most important piece of advice I can give you is…
"Live in the present moment"

Remember that most of what has upset you or holding you back has happened in the past. The moment has passed. And a lot of what you may worry about ‘may be’ in the future. They happened yet and might never happen too. Instead of toggling between the past and future, stay in the present. Notice your breath because that’s living in the present. Notice the flowers and the clouds notice the opportunities that today brings.
You need to live for today, don’t over complicate things, because the more steps or conditions you give yourself for the future, the less likely you are to do the thing that you need to do.
For instance, if you want to exercise more, plan it for today, make it extremely easy for yourself to do so.
Don’t get a gym membership that is half an hour away from your home… set out something that you can do today!!
Don’t over complicate things…you will get to your goal much more quickly this way.
